A Diminutive Epiphany

I had a great talk with you two today, thanks. I need more friends like you guys that give me those deep, intellectual conversations which really make me better as a person.

I really need to stop judging a book by it's cover, although I still find you a bit strange and scary most of the time.

New goals:
1) stop being so selfish
2) contribute to society rather then waste it's resources
3) continue to have fun and be happy!
4) tamper around with my philosophies on life

If Only

Don't you ever wish that you could just be something magnificent out of your wild imagination?

I wish I was a mermaid who could sing and sunbathe in the sun all day all. Then I could comb my raident hair which would be accented with exquisite, exotic flowers. I could eat the freshest seafood and swim around with those flirty, hot mermen and their fantastic bodies.

Maybe I could be a little fairy that would be able to fit in the palm of your hand. I could have a set of transparent, multihued wings that are longer then my entire body. Perhaps I would be covered in glitter and sparkles from head to toe. I wish that we could all be fairies, and live in perfect, healthy trees with magic in the air of a mystical environment.

In a more realistic mind set, hopefully I could be a princess with a gown so heavy that I could hardly manage. It would be woven out of the finest thread and follow behind my body as I walk alone down a long stone hall lit by candles. My dress would be balanced with a tiara dipped in diamonds on top of a head that every one admires.

Oh, how we all love to dream! "Dream as if you'll live forever, live as if you'll die tomorrow."

And oh, how I love make-up, break-up sex. What do I get myself into? And why must you fall so helplessly into my plans every time?

Senior Prom 08'

Apart from my thick and tight prom dress which made me hot as hell, prom was fun!

At 12, I got my hair did like Ashley Tisdales' in one of her music videos. Then my hair dresser put these pearls in my hair which didn't match my dress at all but whatever.

Around 2:30, Ashley picked me up so we could get our makeup done together at Nordstrom. She had an appointment at Nars and I had one at Mac but then we got there at like 3:36, and the lady said that she gave my spot away because I was a minute late! I was soo... angry, cause we were already behind on schedule and then she told me that she could put me on the waiting list for 4 o' clock. Thank goodness Ashley remembered that she also made an appointment with Smashbox at the same time so I took her reservation. They did my make up... alright...

By the time I arrived home, it was like 4:45 and my date was suppose to come at 5 so I was in rush to do everything but I finished!

Then Don, Nick, and his date, Alexa, showed up at my door and we took pictures and put on our flowers and all that jazz.

After that, we headed to Chris Lee's house to take more pictures with more people. His parents had all this yummy food set up and everything! I felt so remorseful since we hardly even touched it.

Around 6:30 we headed to McCormick's where everyone was split up into group of 4. I had these fresh oysters but they were so dinky! :(

After that, prom! Well we went the wrong way first so we were like 45 minutes late but it was all goood. We waited in line for about 45 minutes to take pictures but that was expected. The drinks were delicious and the desserts looked really tasty too but if I took one more bite, my dress would've snapped.

Surprisingly, what would've been my favorite part of the night didn't even happen at all. Certainly, every one headed to the Marriott after prom but Don and I rested at his house waiting until it would be crackin'. In accordance to every one who was there, they were standing outside completely oblivious as to what was going on. Much later, parties started forming inside the rooms but with no surprise, it was very soon raided.

Well my date and I fell asleep as we were waiting for someone to call us up for some fun, which they did, but we were utterly exhausted.
By the way, that would be a perfect word to describe the way you treat me: oblivious.

An Adventurous Yesterday

So yesterday was fun!

Marcus, Joanna, Don, and I started the day by going to the Pow Wow in Stanford. It was very atypical... haha, definitely a new experience! The Native Americans were dressed so beautifully with all of their beads and feathers. They also had these vigorous dances which were so entertaining and cultural. Then there was the cutest little boy with all of these feathers on his butt! He was soo adorable when he was dancing!! Sadly, we were only there for a little bit.

After, we all headed to the Art&Wine Festival and ran into a few peeps. Don and I bought these really really cute magnets!! They were each hand made out of salt dough and they were so endearing! I bought a banana and Don bought a mushroom and panda. They had like every fruit and vegetable you could think of, and more. Then we went to get snow cones which were really yummy, but too sweet.

Following that, we drove Joanna and Marcus home. Then we went to drop something off for Don and after that, we headed to sushi at my favorite restaurant with Jenn and Jordan. I was soo freaking disgustingly full!

Then we all went to watch What Happens in Vegas which was super cute too! Cameron Diaz and Ashton Kutcher are just gorgeous people.

After that, I went back to Don's house and fell asleep until 12. Then I headed home after to go out and do what I love but ended up not going out for certain reasons....

P.s. I'd choose doing you over doing that any day =)

The Limelight

And the weather's so breezy, man why can't life always be this easy?

So my life is back to relaxation and spent with careless days but it'll all going to be a big stress ball once finals roll around.

I've also been traumatized by what happened yesterday but it's too scary to mention.

I really can't understand why but reading and analyzing The Great Gatsby has made me come to realize that I'm an alcoholic and one of the biggest attention whores I know, but I keep that info on the "dl". Please don't try to help because I'm perfectly content with me life. Live fast, die pretty.

As I was saying though, these few days after SAT's have been fun! Hanging out with the boyfriend and best friend has been adventurous. The weekend was pretty damn awesome also! :) I want more!

And the weather's so breezy, man why can't life always be this easy?
